• Manage the complete project execution process with respect to drawings, assess the material requirements, approve and submit the material requisition accurately so as to facilitate purchase of appropriate quantities of materials.
• Examine the project program and based on the schedules mentioned assess the material and manpower requirement for the job.
• Oversee the nomination of sub-contractors required for different jobs and submit to management for approval, ensuring capability and resource availability with them to complete the job & manage them effectively once they are nominated.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management, define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders also develop and administer
project budgets and fiscal controls, contract, quality control/ safety provisions and perform cost estimating and value
engineering.
• Liaise with the client and consultant on all issues pertaining to the drawings, project plan, schedules and problems for
quick resolution of all issues.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, regularly monitor actual progress against the project plan and keep the client / senior management updated on the progress/ project milestones and deliverables, taking quick corrective action where required.

progress of the project and participate in project review meetings.
• Monitored the issue of drawings as per the forecast dates mentioned in the TDR and identify any discrepancies and
brought it to the attention of the Lead Engineer and tool corrective actions wherever required in the case of missing data from either the client or vendor.
• Participated in inspection exercises to assess construction work compliance with quality, HSE and other contractual
requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing a list of deliverables to the project plan (required deliverables from client to contractor, from contractor to subcontractor and vice versa and deliverables for internal use)

Key Deliverables
• Work Inspection and Material request works to be carried out as per Contractors request.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project. Prepare / Assist in the preparation of Weekly and Monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with the other engineers and members of the construction supervision team.
• Ensures that the project quality control procedures are used for the building construction supervision works and monitors it for improvement.
• Builds a trusted relationship with the management team and with the clients counterpart staff. Establishes an
appropriate working relationship with the contractors.
• Ensure correctness and completeness of as-built drawings within his line of work.
• Provide all necessary on-site direction and assist the Resident Engineer in issuing site instructions with respect to construction works and associated items.
• Check and measure the performed work in his line of work record and assist the Resident Engineer to display progress vs. programmed work.
