Responsible for:
• Greet customers, complete necessary rental or parking information, disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental and obtain customer signatures while using effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options.
• Receive telephone calls and handle customer-related issues; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages.
• Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor.
• Maintain and update rental agreement files; contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions.
• Maintaining the fleet at the Counter as per daily requirements.
• Enter and maintain information in location logs.
• Inspecting for the damages upon hiring & off hiring the vehicles.
Responsible for:
• Delivering an outstanding level of service to the customers consistent with the service standards lay down by Dialog Axiata PLC.
• Attending to all customer inquiries & requirements on connections, value added services & billing.
• Promoting all Dialog GSM, DTV, CDMA Broadband products & Mobile phones to both existing & potential customers.
• Handling the cashiering operations related to all products.
• Managing the staffs & the outlet activities.
• Achieving set sales targets monthly.
