 Regular follow up with client, site engg and site foremen for progress of project and maintaining project quality and speed and also to avoid working defects during construction.  Checking and approving the INSPECTION REPORT (IR) for each and every stage prior to starting of work along with approved shop drawings.
 Provide engineering inputs and support to the contractor in the verifying and approval shop Drawings.  Verifying and maintain the Shop Drawing approval.  verifying material submittal as per project specification.  Checking and inspection of all materials as per approval(MAS).  Conducting required test before work starting and during the work.  Conducting regular MINUTES OF MEETING (MOM)and instructions to follow the safe rules of construction and giving regular checkups for progress.  Commissioning the project for CIVIL, MEP AND FIRE FIGHTING.
