The Role undertaken is Full ownership and accountability for the management of a large residential compound, including Hotel, retail and Commercial offices. The main point of contact for stakeholder’s day-to-day and ensure the seamless delivery of best-in-class services, through the management of the onsite team. Accountable for reporting, budget management, team development and ensure service is consistently delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the operation of the compound and associated facilities and services, managed by RAR KSA and services delivered by 3rd party contractors
Ensure that the contractual obligations to our client and customers are met and exceeded in a consistent, proactive and professional manner, in keeping with the values and policies of the site-based team
Work with the site-based team and wider RAR team to ensure all involved are delivering to the appropriate standard set by RAR to ensure they exceed the service agreement KPIs
Drive, implement and maintain the usage of effective management systems and procedures in the delivery and continuity of service of the security, landscaping, pest control, M+E, cleaning, health & Safety, customer service within the compound
Work closely with the tenant relationship manger to shape the customer experience approach for residential and commercial occupiers. Ensure the agreed strategy is adopted and embraced by all the Savills team
Actively promote and implement ESG initiatives across the compound and drive the adoption of policies and procedures and ensure these are adhered consistently across the compound
Work with the RAR site team to oversee the planning and smooth delivery of events and community programs.
Oversee activity of leasing officer and ensure maximum occupancy of the compound is achieved through proactive marketing and leasing activities (including active presence in social media)
Ensure all aspects of compound staff training, development and general welfare requirements are identified and formally reviewed in accordance with the company training policy and appraisal process
Work closely with the Facilities Team and the health & safety Officer to ensure the best practice is delivered implemented and delivered across the compound. Seek out opportunities of improvements within the operation and highlight these
Ensure the service partners are conducting regular building inspections to a high standard and ensure actions are completed in a timely manner
Work with the technical coordinator to achieve full compliance with statutory legislation and ensure that all records are fully maintained and available for inspection through the appointed CAFM system
Ensure all actions following risk assessments and audits - GRA/ FRA/ WRA, are completed within the timeframes
With assistance of the engineering team, ensure that lifecycle and future planning/ replacement of plant equipment is continually reviewed throughout the year by the team.
Monitoring the Operation & Maintenance, Hard service, Soft services Projects, Estimation, Site Audit of MEP Equipment’s, Tendering of major IFM Infra structure projects.

2. GCCIA Head Quarter- Dammam
3. Saudi Aramco Northern Region Oil Fields- HVAC Project.
4. Saudi Aramco Southern Region Refinery’s- HVAC Project.

6. Red Sea Z-Type Coastal Village -Elite Worker Accommodation facility.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Planning all PPM activities as per the assets and departments.
Developing SOP for each equipment’s as per the OEM Recommendations.
Monitoring of RM, CM for the projects and guide the team to resolve the issues accordingly.
Track and monitor the CAFM system and check for the performance of the team as per the agreed SLA’s.
Provided leadership, planning, and coordination of the Facilities management services departments: plant operations, general maintenance, custodial, grounds, Landscaping, Pest Control, Security Services, Warehouse, and fleet operations of 1, 705, 000 square feet of KFUPM campus facilities and 163 acres of campus grounds in Dammam.
Supervised department of 10 Engineers, 30 Supervisor with 740 full-time Facilities Management services employees.
