Preparing monthly progress payment certificate for the contractors and consultants according to the site progress and in accordance to the Contractual terms and conditions. Checking and verifying the estimates of the contractor and the Consultant and finalizing a negotiated estimate for The purpose of variation orders is also a part of my Responsibility. Preparing SWI-T and V.O as per the contract and verifying the contractor claims. Chair meetings related to change orders, variations and negotiations. Arrange and attend Workshops to facilitate the change order process and to resolve pending issues related to contractor, consultant and Owner. Issuing Contractual correspondences to contractor, consultant and clients and responding to their queries. Following up of all logs for R.F.I, P.C.O, V.O, Shop Drawings, Design Drawings, Inspection request, Correspondences etc in order to make analysis/study for delay claims etc. Follow up of planning schedules and correspondences to analyze delays/critical path activities. Follow up procurement status ( E1, E2 logs ) etc to avoid delays.
