Maintain / organize calendar and advice appointments of GM for the day on daily basis.

Handling incoming and outgoing mails.

Arranging stationeries as and when required.
Giving software training on MS Office Packages etc. for Higher Secondary Students.
Preparation of Correspondence to various Government Educational Departments.
Managing Admission and issue of transfer certificates for students
Salary preparation of staff.
Maintenance of School Computer Lab LAN with 30 Desktop Computers.
All clerical works like preparation of various formats for school administration
Administrator of the Computer Center.
Giving Training on various Microsoft Office Packages to the students.
Maintenance of computer lab Local Area Network.
