Recruiting of workmen as per the selection procedure specified \[such as site 
requirement as confirmed by MANAGEMENT, background clearance, skills test & confirmation\] 
Obtaining/generating and maintaining the requisite statutory records relating to 
attendance, overtime and earnings of all workmen at the site. 
Ensuring that overtime work and its payment are in accordance with the 
statutory requirements 
Arranging, maintaining and rendering medical first aid to workmen of the site,  
as and when need arises. 
Arranging hygienic up-keep of labour camp(s), site canteen(s), sanitary facilities.
Installing and operating the internal systems of the company in relation to 
attendance recording, overtime work, wages records, statutory deductions and 
any other specified matters.recruiting and staffing logistics; 
employee orientation, development, and training; 
preparing compensation and benefits of individual employees;
employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and 
Providing training & development programs
calculation of performance appraisal
liaisoning with Government officials
looking after day to day office activities
recording attendance and checking attendance register
preparing offer/appointment and various other letters and issue them to employees
studying performance of the employees and motivate them
taking in-house training sessions
preparing various MIS
