Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Prepares written request for quotations.
Contacts vendors for quotations and may do some follow up on purchase orders
Receives, opens and reviews mail for supervisor and other staff.
1- Clarify the new offers of services and products to the customer
2- cover the team in case of (customer need to pay bills or change
the SIM card )
3- data entry for (contract information) per system
4- Realize the target of sales
