- Maintain licenses for all software and ensure that all systems are covered
by the proper maintenance contacts
- Maintain an accurate inventory for hardware and software
- Perform new installations and updates for all IT equipment as per Rotana
standards to support current and future growth
- Ensure that all end users are well trained in different systems, so all the
applications are utilized efficiently
- Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures
- Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs
and timelines
- Coordinate with the suppliers to solve complains and achieve desired
results

Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco PABX telephone system; Managing and troubleshooting Cisco Wireless network for Guest & Admin; Configuration of cisco switches, in regards to interface and VLAN; Monitoring Backups via Data protector & Barracuda Cloud control on daily bases; Maintaining & troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 & Windows 2012 server
