Ø Installation of Chilled water systems, Condenser water pumps, Booster pumps, AHUs, FCUs, Chemical Dosing systems, Side stream Filtration systems, Air Separators, Exhaust Air Fans, Expansion Tanks, Chilled water piping (M.S.Pipe), Condenser Water piping (GRP piping), Valves, HVAC Ducting, Grilles, Diffusers, Flushing of complete Chilled water & Condenser water system.
Building survey for Heating, Ventilation & Cooling load Estimations.
Review of Tender Drawings, Specifications, Design computations, B.O.Q, Identifying the scope of work and review of material specifications, Determining code requirements and all other technical and commercial requirements.
Preparation of P&ID’s layouts, GAD’s, Isometric & various piping related drawings and documents for Chilled & Condenser water piping and ducting system, sizing, Etc.
External Static pressure calculations for AHUs, Fresh & Exhaust air fans.
Pump Head calculations for Chilled water Primary, Secondary & Distribution System, Condenser water system, Side Stream Filtration system and Booster Pumps.
Guiding to AutoCAD Draftsman for the preparation of HVAC Shop drawings & MEP Coordinating drawings.
Preparation of Material List required for the project from B.O.Q and Layouts. Also preparing indents for Equipments, Pipes, Valves, Fittings, Supports, Ducting, Grills, Diffusers, Dampers and following up with the Procurement Department for the same, preparation and updating of material control chart for the project.
Planning and Tracking of Equipments, Materials and Resources with suppliers & contractors.
Carrying out Testing & Commissioning of HVAC machines, water & air balancing of the system with a team of Technicians, witnessing the Consultant’s Representative.
Completing the necessary QA/QC documentation related to the site works & ensuring all the QA/QC procedures are followed.
Attending the site meetings with the client & consultants for the commitments, coordination & schedule completion.
Detailed monitoring of project progress and Sub-Contractors throughout the execution and commissioning phases to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project approved construction drawings, Method Systems, Specifications & Schedules.
