•Writes minutes of meeting, compose all types of business letters, Daily Meeting reports, 24 Hrs. Reports, Equipment delay reports, Monthly and Yearly report.
•Ensures correctness of all documents, inventories of Stock Movements, e-forms, letters, prior to Superintendent's approval.
•Prepare the picking list Delivery for Shipments of planning Sales orders.
•Maintain the orders for shipping materials to GCC and exported Clients.
•Receive, sort and log all incoming/outgoing mails.
•Provide technical and clerical assistance to Division Heads, Unit Heads and groups.
•Responsible for issuing the Shipment Delivery Note and Quality Certificate for Shipping Materials thru SAP.
•Logistics/Warehouse Operation Schedules, monitors, check traffic of goods, status of deliveries and shipments, stocks and inventory, production status, inspect quality of finished products, loading and unloading of goods.
•Responsible for finished goods material requisition to mills and take action in SAP.
•Responsible for supplied material to make consummation vs productions with shift wise thru SAP system.

•Coordinate with Projects Department for Materials Delivery.
•Coordinate with Logistics Department to receive & send Shipments.
•Coordinate with Accounts Department for re-open the Production Orders for Posting & Inventory adjustments.
•Handling The Issues related to Receipt, Storage, Issue, Inventory control, planning Day to day work, handling labors skilled and un skilled, Reporting to concern.
