3rd Body fluids :-
C.S.F., Plural fluid, Synovial fluid and others.
4th Microscopic examination :-
Urine, Stool, Semen (manual method)
5th Hematology :-
Preparing and examining blood films.
Count W.B.Cs, R.B.Cs, platelets through Cytometer or cell counter .
6th Microbiology :-
Cultures ( Urine, Stool, Blood, Vaginal, Cervical, Pus, Sputum, -----) & their sensitivity .
7th Serology Tests :-
Ag. __ Ab. Reaction by Latex techniques, Turbidity techniques, Chromatography techniques .
