Turnaround planning to identify and locate all aspect of necessary items and providing assistance in preparing, developing, communicating, reviewing and organizing work scope and detailed work plan in the assigned area
Prepare work list and freezing
Prepare work package including specifications, scope of work, materials and spares and drawings
Planning all the activities to be completed within the specified time duration and cost without affecting the quality and adhering to all safety procedures and requirements
Develop a proactive plan to monitor, review and update scheduled activities during execution and restore the reliability and integrity of the facility after safe completion
Ensure all Operation shutting down requirements are identified
Ensure the required resources and services are available on time
Ensure that the critical path and major work are printed and posted
Coordinate with maintenance, operation and reliability department for preparation of maintenance packages
Creating deferments for the due orders and issuing to Operation
Create TA order in SAP and reservation for internal materials
Preparing material list as per BOM
Identifying the long lead spares and reserving in advance.
Create material PRs for direct charge spares.
Non stock materials item PR-raised in SAP
Materials Technical Evaluations Checked
Participate kickoff meetings
Conduct Daily meetings with production, Maintenance and Technical for job pack review and TA preparation progress update .
Ensure the daily activities schedule distributed to concerned discipline
Review the last TA requirements and comments
Arrange the site visit for contractors to know the TA Jobs
Incorporate the time line of the other projects into the T/A schedule
Prepare and review daily schedule for TA execution
Preparation of Turnaround & Shutdown job Packages for Instrument and Electrical jobs
Prepare work package including specifications, scope of work, materials and spares and drawings

Maintain all Job Pack records in MC office Access
Prepare work list and freezing
Join Site visit with Field Operator for planning the job and Identification for the requirement of Scaffolding, Care, Load barrier, Fire Box Etc .
Ensure all Operation shutting down requirements are identified
Ensure the required resources and services are available on time
Preparation or Draft JSA /Risk analysis.
Print pick list and send to maintenance for review
Execute any other duties assigned as per the work requirement
Field Coordination for Control valve activities
Identification of required material in SAP PR creation and follow up.
Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) Program by identify leaking fugitive sources, tracking the arrest of the leaks, and updating LDAR database.
LDAR Program- Identified more than 115, 000 possible fugitive emission sources, tags and marked them on P&ID. Identified VOC and HAPS, DTM, UTM source.Identified light and heavy hydrocarbon in service with their chemical composition.
Update all MOC (Management of Change) P& ID to add or remove new sources as per regulatory requirement for LDAR program.
I used PFD, P&ID and material balance for FEM. I do the field monitoring and update database. Report to own department, maintenance and production in case of any abnormality.
Stack monitoring for Particulate matter and other air pollutants. Ground water monitoring, Noise monitoring and help waste management team. I use to do inspection for secondary containment and spill kits. Participate with team in aspect impact assessment. Perform RATA test with team for all CEMS and maintain CEMS analyzer.
Perform Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all environmental monitoring equipment. Like, TVA 1000 toxic vapor analyzer, Lancom, particulate sampling equipment and suction pump.
Perform calibration monthly, quarterly and as per requirement for TVA1000 and performance test of equipment.
Prepared and review SOP and SMP for environmental monitoring equipment (TVA 1000, IR Camera, )
Prepare weekly report and KPI report for internal reporting and quarterly report for MOE (Ministry of Environment)
Stack monitoring for Particulate matter and other air pollutants (USEPA Method) 3. Ground water monitoring
Noise monitoring
