➢ If there is any major issues come from the clients regarding our services
to be solved report to the project manager for quick response and action.
➢ Monitoring total camp and office services and ensuring all the staff
working schedules to be followed daily basis for better services
➢ Ensuring all the buffet services during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner to
maintain proper services as per menus without food shortage or more
wastage.
➢ Closely monitoring the store dealings and always double check daily
stock, weekly & monthly requirement stock, issues and inventories with
costing report.
➢ Always monitoring, planning, Food & Beverage menu changing and taking
necessary actions to provide better services for the clients to promote
more sales and develop business.
➢ Ensuring Health Safety and Environment policy to be followed during the
operations & giving proper training to our employees for a professional
service team to reach high standard of client service.
➢ Closely monitoring the daily man-day report from House keeping
department & verify it from the client to ensure proper cashiering
function for the company. Over all making all the back charge or cash sell
bill to maintain & develop proper business policy as per company policy.
➢ Conducting staff training, guidance, coaching & meeting, Sending all the
monthly reports & necessary documents to Head Office.
➢ Monitoring staff manning and the competence level of staff to ensure
sufficiency for the department.
➢ Contributing to the implementation of marketing activities with proper
store requisitions.
Over all clear communication with all the departments, maintaining time
Taking care of the Restaurant Food services, Hot & Cold Buffet, Pastry &
Bakery Buffet, Store requisitions receiving, Party arrangement making as
well as providing hands-on support to service counter. Maintaining proper
hygiene and food safety as per Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority
Requirements.
• Monitoring all the service related maintenance and ensure that, all the
service supporting equipment’s are running well. Any problem comes report
it to Unit Supervisor for action.
• Coordinating with other departments to display Buffet or Food pick up.
Participating in daily briefing & training. Double checking all the mobile food
and parcels for outdoor service or locations. Fully responsible for the
Restaurant counter service operations as a professional Food Services Team
Leader cum Dining supervisor.
