Working with the Project HSE Director to support the whole team of EHS.
Manage and Lead HSE Team for the whole company. Review and Update company HSE Policies and procedures. Introduce new strategies and initiatives to step up the company performance to next level. Engage company management and influence decision making. Assist HSE employees in career development, improve knowledge sharing. Manage and maintain implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001. Recruit HSE staff as required. Prepared bid documents
In charge of area assigned by Project ES&H Manager. Monitor & evaluate the safety performance of contractors. Provide advise on ES&H matters to contractors. Educate and train contract per-sonnel on Royal Commission standards. Monitor contractors for any deviation from standard, take appropriate actions to minimise the gap of deviation from the standards. Assists in the integration of specialized safety requirements into the planning, permitting, design, and construction of Bech-tel projects.Interprets specialized requirements, evaluates and applies specialized
scientific principles, and formulates scopes of work, plans, and methodologies suitable for achieving the desired objectives. Plans and coordinates work requiring independent judgment and experience in the application of standard, specialized safety techniques and formulation of safety procedures and/or plans to reduce potential identified safety hazards. Prepares safety reports . Experience in safety compliance inspection/assessment during construction.
Implementing Company Policies & Procedure. Review the effectiveness of HSE Management system in barges, Taking corrective & preventive actions for continual improvement of HSE Man-agement system in Barges. Monitoring the site activities and doing site inspection. Conducting Internal Audits in Barges and give advise to the concerned department for corrective actions. Pro-viding on site trainings on various topics. Ensure that daily tool box meetings are being conducted by supervisors of all departments. Conduct Risk Assessments on all hazardous operations and make aware of people of the same. Implement the system of Permit to work and give necessary training and assistance on the same. Monitoring and advising on various hazardous operations like Working over height, working over water, confined space entry and bringing all such hazardous operations under PTW system. Monitor and advise on various NDT operations being conducted on barge like Radiography etc, and provide necessary advise to reduce the risk possessed by such activities. Do inspections on Helideck prior to any helicopter landing. To give all support for the Helicopter as Helicopter Landing Officer.
Give trainings briefing and conduct drills for various emergency scenarios on barge / vessel in-cluding security drills. Conduct pre mobilization audits. Comply with client requirements and ensure all requirements have been up to date.
