• Collaborating with management and prepare the projects plan, projects cost and Projects Budget.
• Set up a suitable communication system and document controlling between all the Site Team and company managements to ensure the flexibility of information flow during the projects life cycle.

Documents, Method of Statement, TRA, Construction Drawing, As Built Drawing, O&M Manual and all Documents related to project till final handing over in coordination with Vendors, Design and project team.
• Plan all construction program and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met, Evaluate projects risks and control impacts.
• Preparation of Weekly & Monthly progress Report including areas of concerns and in consideration of procurement and Engineering activities.
• Verify compliance to Contract, including Conditions and regulations, approve or deny adjustment as per change management procedures and audits. Ensure that all contractual and legal matters related to the projects are dealt
with properly and promptly.
Construction Manager at Ghantoot Electrical Abu Dhabi, U.A.E from (August 2017 - Present)
i. AADC Contract No. A-14477, 33kV load transfer and associated works in Grid station and other miscellaneous works.
AADC Approval as Project Engineer - Project Scope:
• 33kV Load Transfer works from Existing Grid station to new Grid station in Al Ain Region.
• Main Protection Modification works at Existing Grid/Primary station along with DMS/SCMS integration works.
• Addition of new 33/11kV power Transformer Works in existing primary station along with associated civil works.
• 11kV Switchgear Panel extension works in existing PRY Station along with associated civil works.
ii. AADC Contract No. A-14688, Supply, Installation and Replacement of Aging & Unreliable 11KV PU and LV panels in
AADC Approval as Site Engineer - Project Scope:
• Replacement of PU 11/0.415 kV including all Civil works& associated cables in 8 Hours live SD.
• Replacement of LV Panel including all Civil works& associated cables in 8 Hours live SD.
iii. Construction of Roads Infrastructure& public Realm for the phase II of sector E25 Abu Dhabi
Project Scope :
• Construction of 07 BB SS 11/0.415 kV along with all associated equipment.
• MV network, LV network, FOC Network & STL networks construction at E25 Sector.
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Study, Review, submit and Follow all Engineering Documents such as DTS, MAS, Method Statement, TRA, FAT Inspection with all related documents, Construction Drawing, As Built Drawing, O&M Manual and all Documents related to project till final handing over in coordination with Design and project team.
• Interaction with Client in- house departments to plan all the AFW’s as per Project SOW & SSR.
• Identify the BOM & analyze the external vendor’s performance as per project SOW and approved PQP.
• Develop the schedule by analyzing the activity sequence, duration, resource requirements.
• Manage the flow of information and reporting by following the approved communications Protocol in order to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
• Develop the cost management plan in coordination with PM and Planning Engineer based on the project scope, schedule, resources, approved SOW and Contract documents, using estimating techniques, in order to -manage project costs.
• Support Procurement team by analyzing the BOM and create Purchase requisition at ORACLE system.
• Fully responsible to Maintain stakeholder relationships by following the stakeholder engagement plan in order to receive continued support and manage expectations.
• Implement the quality management plan along with QA/QC using the appropriate tools and techniques in order to ensure that work is performed in accordance with required quality standards, specification & approved PQP.
• Implement approved actions by following the risk management plan in order to minimize the impact of - the risks and take advantage of opportunities on the project.
• Capture, analyze, and manage lessons learned using management techniques in order to enable continuous improvement and submit the final report to Client.
Project Engineer at AL Nasr international Co in AL-Ain & Abu Dhabi, U.A.E (September 2014- August 2017)
Project description: Construction of infrastructure works, 63 Nos. Secondary Substation 11/0.415 KV with HV/LV Networks, Fiber Optic Cable and Street Lighting Network.
Client: AL- Ain Municipality.
Consultant: W.S Atkins.
• Prepare, submit and follow all the Construction related documents pertaining to Distribution SS, LV network, MV network & Energization plan as per AADC Specification to obtain approval.
• Supervise all the installation works for Medium and low voltage networks, 144 FOC pulling and Manhole Erection, Electrical Equipment installation & cable termination, road crossing duct/NDRC, Testing and commissioning activities.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction& installation to ensure compliance with specification and standards.
• Monitor, control and coordinate between site team, main contractor and PMC Engineer to ensure that the project will be delivered to the client according to project completion date, best quality and to maintain the reputation of our organization.
• Monitor, control and review the site team performance to ensure the profitability of the project is being achieved and take the corrective action in case of any lack of performance.
• Ensure that my site team is fully aware with their scope of work; job description; complying with HSE, Regulation and QC Standards.
• Develop and conduct the periodic appraisal meetings with my team in order to keep them motivated for achieving the agreed goals and targets.
• Set up a suitable communication system and document controlling between all the Site Team and project management to ensure the flexibility of information flow during the project.
• Procedures of handing over the projects to the end user and close out the project with all the relative Authority and initiate the close out report.
• Obtain PAC and initiate the defect liability period with AADC.

• Participate in estimation & detail BOQ preparation for upcoming project with Tender Department.
• Study and review the contract documents, particular specs, contract drawings, BOQ, Approved design, and condition of contract to ensure the best price given to customer.
• Deal with Supplier to collect the best price as per project nature of works.
