To manage the complete project execution process to ensure completion of the job
within specified timeframes, in an organized and cost effective manner, in
accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet
customer’s satisfaction and maintain continuity of business.
* Examine the project program and based on the schedules mentioned assess the
material and manpower requirement for the job. Oversee the nomination of sub-
contractors required for different jobs and submit to management for approval,
ensuring capability and resource availability with them to complete the job &
manage them effectively once they are nominated.
* Liaise with the client and consultant on all issues pertaining to the drawings,
project plan, schedules and problems for quick resolution of all issues. Identify
and manage project dependencies and critical path, regularly monitor actual
progress against the project plan and keep the client / senior management updated
on the progress/ project milestones and deliverables., taking quick corrective
action where required.
* Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members /subcontractors,
and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned
tasks.
* Manage the interior fit out projects for offices, restaurants, shops, residential
sectors, etc.

Retail layout and design for both brand new and renovating stores including Reliance
trend retail chain, Planet fashion, Raymond, Belmonte and other layout: Supermarket
including food court based on analyzed data. Varied extensive projects located in
Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmadabad, Mumbai and Mangalore. Project ranged
10, 000 sq. ft to 55-60, 000 sq. ft. provided floor plan, lighting plans and elevation with
AutoCAD. Decision making on interior finish material decor elements developing new
design theme. Specialized in Retail stores layout and design, coordinated the project team
of architects, engineers and contractors.

In the Year 2006 I was selected through Campus recruitment held at the KARAVALI GROUP OF COLLEGES MANGALORE UNIVERSITY (One of the Top most Universities in India).
I have worked six months as Trainee and then assigned by the Project Development team of Dovetail unit which is based in Bommasandra Industrial Area Bangalore by Dovetail Company. The job responsibility were overseeing and managing the Interior projects development from start to finish including ensuring that the Delivered project confirms to the project management and execution plans.
