Overseeing the building facility as well as performing general repairs and maintenance tasks, Responsible for the proper implementation of PM tasks, Ensures proper execution of the mission. (Quality delivery of maintenance works)• Strong ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors/contractors.
Maintained experience in one or more of the following; HVAC controls, computerized building management systems (BMS), electrical / mechanical services and life safety systems.The system is DDC based with functions distributed both physically and functionally over the field controllers. The DCC's interface with sensors, actuators and environmental control systems carry out various functions of energy management, alarm detection, time/ event/ holiday/ temporary scheduling, communication interface/ control and building maintenance & report generation.
Researched and communicated with prospective clientele - Gave product presentations to Customers and company staff regularly. Learned client and system needs by working closely with the company sales team and engineers, collaborating promotions and customer support. And provided updates on products and services to clients and company management
