Job Profile:-
• Set goal for production as per commitment and achieve it.
• Calculation of Material required and accesses its availability.
• Drawing Isometrics of lines with BOM & Assisting in Site Erection.
• Fabrication activities of pipelines, structures, columns at site.
• Check ISO's as per piping standards, P&ID'S & data sheets.
• Make Bill of material as per site Fabrication in ms-excel.
• Maintain Quality control Records & final inspection reports.
• To ensure mechanical clearances of pipelines wrt P&ID, Isometrics.
• To conduct Hydrotesting of pipelines.
• To conduct Airtesting (pneumatic testing) of pipelines.
• Issuing of materials required as per isometric from the store.
Management of warehouse.
• B.E (Mechanical Engineering) from P.A.COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, MANGALORE with 75%. • Diploma in Process Piping Design & Engineering per ASME B31.3 from Institute of Piping Engineering and Building Services, Hyderabad.
