Sales & Marketing:
•Conducting meeting with existing customers and new clients on a regular basis.
•Follow up with them for getting continuous inquiry and confirmation of orders.
•Encouraging and motivating the sales team to achieve the target.
•Presentation & demonstration of products.
•Introduction of new products, available stock and arranging of materials.
•Market segmentation for normal, middle range and high range products.
•Achieving monthly and annual sales target.
PRO Work:
Visiting of Labor Department, Immigration Department, Visa Issuance, Visa Cancellation, Attestation of Certificates, Renewal of Trade License, Chamber of Commerce, Civil Defense Certificates, Change of PRO number, Building Certificates, Renewal of Tenancy Contract (Office, Warehouse) and Renewal of Vehicles etc. etc.
and effective correspondence with suppliers, Purchasing Department, Accounts Department and Warehouse people.
•Preparation of Inquiry for sending to suppliers.
•Follow up with all suppliers regarding confirmation of PI, providing them TT and L/C copy and pursuing them to arrange the goods and shipping arrangement on time.
•Preparation of LPO (Local and Import), cross checking of items, quantity, unit price and total price.
•Purchasing of materials, checking the stock position in the system and sending it to Storekeeper. After getting written report from Storekeeper it is forwarded to the Purchasing Manager and Operations Manager for purchasing process.
