• Monitoring day-to-day operations and running arrangements in the water distribution network

• Conducting inspection of valves of water network and specially fire hydrants, both types to maintain operational conditions, in case of emergency
• Administering Work Orders through company’s ERP System (Maximo), following up on customer complaints to reduce the mean time to repair customer complaints
• Utilizing CC&B to secure the plot details for customer complaints
• Suggesting innovative measures to improve conditions and operations of equipment
