Assisting Quantity Surveyors in writing of Bill Of Quantities.
Writing/updating contract specifications clauses for materials and quality installation on site, also considering the requirements of client.
Dealing with local authorities like DM, DEWA, ADWEA for obtaining approvals, Building Permits, payment of fees, No Objections Certificates etc.
Review and approval of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire fighting shop drawings submitted by contractors, against contract drawings and local authority regulations.
Review and approval of material submittals against contract specifications.
Attending weekly and bi-weekly meetings at site for the purpose of co-ordination and reviewing progress of work.
Answering technical queries raised by the contractors on site.
Random and requested Inspections of sites to ensure quality control.
Assisting Quantity Surveyors in reviewing monthly invoices, variations raised by the contractors for the additional works on site.
Snagging of the project during handover time.
Helping client in finalisations of maintenance contracts.
