• 2 Year Experience in Cad Designer/Site Supervisor at Multitech Associatessociates (Architecture, civil contractors and Interior Decorators) INDIA.
• 2 Years Experience in Architectural, Civil, interior & MEP Draftsman and site supervisor at Abra Al Emarat Engineering Consultant, Ras Al Khaimah (U.A.E).
• 1 Year Experience as Architectural, Civil Structure & Aluminum Draftsman at Sahhar Aluminum Company Abu Dhabi (U.A.E).
• 4 Years of Experience in Architectural, Civil & Technical Draftsman (ELV) system at Atlas Telecom, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. Handling all kind of Plans, Section, Elevation &Civil Structure Detailing as per site requirement and following approved specification.
KNOWLEDGE:
• Create and maintain records of specification and drawing
• Drafting and designing of all types of project drawings, Plan, Section & Elevation such as Architectural, civil, Structural Interior and ELV system with deep drafting.
• Preparing drawing, sketches, proposals and quotations for clients.
• Co-coordinating and monitoring the work of both contractors and suppliers.
• Analyzes space utilization effectiveness and changing demands for space needs recommends actions to meet new requirements.
• Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
• Assists in the preparation for plans for existing buildings where plans are not available.
• Providing drawing support to a senior interior designer.
• Assists in preparation of scale drawing of details required for contract drawing.
• Assists in preparation of design development drawings.
• Assists in the preparation of “record” drawings on completion of construction.
• Assists in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for project has been obtained.
• Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies.
• Reviews work of contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn and quality is according to contract document.
• Aluminum Estimation, Aluminum Designing, Curtain wall & Canopy design.
• Extra-low voltage system like, Closed-circuit television (CCTV), Access Control Management system(ACMS), Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA), Guest Room Management System (GRMS), Under Vehicle Scanner System (UVSS) Car Parking Management System, Global System for Mobile Communications(GSM), x-ray machines and metal detectors, IT/AV System Projector-Screen.
