Reputed Group of Co’s, Muscat. Oman.
Work Areas, Duties & Responsibilities:-
Preparation of books of accounts upto finalisation. (Manual & computerized environment)
Responsible for daily accounts routine. Follow-up of imports till the time it reached our yard, Dealing with L/C’s, Guarantees, Short term Loan, LTR, Monitoring the overdraft, Liasoning with the banks, Inventory control, valuation, costing, preparation of Invoicing, Quotations, Passing of journal, expenses entries, cheque preparations, Writing Cash & Bank payments vouchers & posting thereof in the ledger, handling petty cash, Preparation of payroll, wages, Leave settlement and final settlement.
Reconciliation of all Banks, Cash/ Credit sales, Purchases, Inter Company accounts, & co-ordination with the auditors.
Assisting Manager (F&A) in all administrative functions like visa renewal, Labour Clearance, social Insurance, Vehicle Registration & renewals, Commercial Registration & chamber of Commerce, Import License their renewals & follow up etc.
Also worked for personal investment of the Group like dealing in purchase & sale of shares from primary & secondary market, property Investment, overseas investment & their follow up, Maintaining personal accounts in Money manager, looking after their Fixed deposits renewals, short terms loan & term Loan etc.
