Coordinate with Contractors Senior Planning Manager, Technical Manger & Project Manager to discuss the Delay & critical issues and take preventive actions to recover delays.
Evaluate Extension of time claims from the Contractor for client.
Preparation of weekly and Monthly work progress report & Presentations for Project management/Client.
Weekly & Monthly Progress meeting’s to review Project Progress with Client & Project Management team.
Review Monthly/Weekly Update of the schedule Submitted by the Contractor.
Progress measurement and reporting variance, deviance or non-compliance

reaching 595M which will be the highest in KSA.

Preparing Detail Baseline Schedule coordinating with all disciplines.
Determine the contract/Client requirement milestones, evaluate the scope of work.
Coordinate with Senior Planning Manager, Technical Manger & Project Manager to discuss the critical issues & take preventive actions to mitigate delays.
Attend Weekly & Monthly Progress meeting to review Project Progress with Consultant & Project Management team.
Weekly Update of the schedule with regular site tracking and monitoring.
Prepare Manpower Histogram, Resource allocation as per Schedule.
Coordination with all the Departments to update Schedule.
Preparation of weekly and Monthly work progress report to consultant.
Give milestone to the sub-contractors to avoid delays in schedule

Monitoring Construction activities on site and Maintaining quality of work.
Coordinating between client and contractor.Conducting meetings at site.
