Support & collaborate all Pillars for implementation of Manufacturing Performance System (MPS)
Optimize the efficiencies of all production lines and other related functional areas by reducing production and process waste.
Responsible for developing and driving Site Focused Improvement (FI) & Training Development (TnD) strategy; building knowledge base, capability and standards,
Track plant performance, MPS Process Capability assessment, FI & TnD Pillar metrics.
Conduct Genba to analyse line performance, carry out Pareto analysis and carry out root cause failure analysis with a view to resolving minor stops, chronic and sporadic losses on the line.

Organize Processes across 3 high speed fully automated lines thereby managing a team of total 52 workers (Including Contractual) with their work timings, O.T, production schedule.
Review the Performance of all the operators for annual appraisals, deliver training & coaching to maximize their potential to create a World Class Manufacturing industry.
Ensures all machinery and equipment in the process and the lines are operated in a safe manner, kept in good condition by observing good housekeeping standards.
Responsible to create, document, develop, and implement SOP, SHERA and other Assessments on all lines.
Support Product development trials with Technical teams (QC) for new product or raw material changes and substitutes.
Liaise with external sources on equipment up gradation/break down issues.
Responsible to develop workers aptitude towards lean management philosophy followed by Pillar deployment supporting the Global Lean initiative of building capability at the shop floor.
Responsible for Audit control and inventory management. Implement Good Manufacturing Practices across the plant
Lead Kaizen teams / Loss Teams aiming for cost saving initiatives and improvements
Lead continuous improvement projects on the Shop floor including layout redesigning based on man-machine interaction.
