.Roles and Responsibilities:
•BTS Installation and Integration including alarms testing of 2G, 3G & 4G for HUAWEI.
•MW Installation, Commissioning and Alignment of NEC, RTN620, 910, 950 & 980.
•Configuring the Ethernet ports according to the usage for transmission and CWO Testing.
•Operation and Maintenance of Microwave and BTS
•Transmission checking from BSC to the new BTS site.
•Conducting Line of Sight Surveys.
•PAT(Provisional Acceptance Test) of MW, BTS, VSWR, BER testing etc
•Reporting and Engineering Documentations.
•Coordination with Vendor & Operator Companies.
•Responsible for all kind of technical support and trainings, which include on job training for new Engineers.
•Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
•CWO, Transmission Check from BSC/RNC to the Site and Integration for 2G, 3G, 4G(ATM and IP Based)
•Well aware of U2000.
•Excellent performance in Cutover of Links, Rehoming, 2nd Carrier and CE Expansion and IP Migration during MDT.
•Involvement in E1-Expansion, Rehoming, IP-RAN also.
•Installation and Commissioning of LTE & Wi-max for Mobily & STC sites using Samsung & HUAWEI equipment.
•DCN Configuration for RTN and NEC useful for Visibility of the links in U2000
• Testing, Commissioning and Integration of HUAWEI, Ericsson equipment
• Work involves Creating & Installation of IDB through OMT software for different RBS configurations
• Testing and T.S of various Ext. Alarms of GSM Shelter using OMT software.
• CWO, Transmission Check from BSC/RNC to the Site and Integration for 2G & 3G Sites.
