Main Purpose of the Job:
•To be efficient and customer-focused to maximize cargo revenue by visiting agents and accepting cargo bookings as well as conducting flight planning in an accurate and sales-oriented manner
•To support CX vision
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•To conduct sales calls and regular visit to cargo agents to market and sell CX and KA CGO product and services.
•Tele-sales by calling the agents to support more.
•To ensure that GHA comply with CX safety/security and other requirements.
•To process bookings through telephone, fax and e-mail.
•To check cargo backlogs and arrange protection accordingly.
•To handle CUBIC queues.
•To prepare export cargo load plan to GHA.
•To answer telephone inquiries from cargo agents as well as other customers for shipment track and trace.
•To perform and monitor all interline/trucking cargo transfer.
•To reply to telex and/or email inquiries promptly
• To supervise cargo buildup and break down.
•To handle and monitor ramp activity as required.
•To perform ULD(Unit Load Device) control.
•To efficiently handle claims.
•To maintain services in accordance to CX-standard.
