Responsible for maintenance of hardware installations, all Pc Peripheral devices internally and externally, users training for Pentiums, IBM PC’s and other compatibles. Responsible for Software installation, support and LANs installation and configuration of Network and adopters, I/0 interface cards. Member of committee authorizing upgrades and procurement of computers through the suggestive specifications as per the user requirements in accordance with the update systems and technology.
2 years. My responsibilities are to monitor the Hospital Building System through Network and provide technical solution to the clients as per their needs. In IT field my responsibilities are to provide maintenance and complete troubleshooting to all the Hospital clients PCs and Servers.
Arabian Marketing Co. for a period of 1 year. My responsibility includes, troubleshooting and providing solution to the clients. Clients PCs and monitoring network activities. Repairing Pc and making Network Cables RJ 45.
Salehiya Establishment from 2006. My responsibility includes providing solution, implementation, and trouble shootings. Responsible for administration, implementation and maintenance services to Active Directory Servers, Exchange Servers. Installing Oracle client software to the workstation Responsible for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance program to all type of PCs and Laptops in the establishment offices.
