Knowledge of various type of industrial PID controllers, sensors, counters and transducers.
Troubleshooting of fully automated (PLC Based) Hydraulic presses, Pulling Machine, log stands, die stands, cranes, stretching & cutting m/c etc.
Working on the PLC (Siemens S7-200, S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200 and Mitsubishi FX Type) and SCADA presses for analysis the problem.
Handling of electrical and electronics breakdowns.
