maintaining all the documents of production dept. daily up to date the data of production department operations.
Everyday checking & Adjust the productions baling size and weight. Prepare the reports of productions daily, weekly, Monthly & Year summery reports. Following the Productions manager decision and according to that prepare the reports. Prepare the order & withdraw requisitions for Productions inputs from the Procurement and store department using trough ERP system .Checking the stock of productions inputs in the stores every month.
