Was responsible to build many Platforms for Offshore, Tankages for crude oil and others, Buildings for local communities, etc.
Each platform was minimum 5000 MT. Built 16 Nos. in a record time of each in 18 months.
Built and developed Harbour for fabrication yards and berthing of vessels.
Laid many sub sea pipelines from Dia36 inches to 8 inch.
Daily interaction with my Bosses at Dubai ( CEO and others) controlling contractors, TPIs engineers etc.

• Formulated many clauses to suit to our interest of the company from any arbitration.


Plant Safety &Risk Management
• Managing overall safety operations and advising management in building a safe working culture.
• Formulating and implementing safety management systems.
• Leading the safety cell to analyze the causes and reduce accidents, increasing awareness among the employees towards maintenance of safe working conditions and conducting studies on factors that increase risk of accidents
• Adhering of statutory specifications and organizational standards for the maintenance of safety inside the plant during all routine and especially critical/hazardous operations.
• Conducting training programs for employees to generate awareness about HSE processes.
• Mitigating the emergencies.
• Conducting accident investigation.
• Advising Management on legal and insurance related matters.
• Liaison with statutory authorities.

Environment and Health
• Developing and implementing an effective environment and health management programs
• Authorizing and instituting new HSE policy and procedures in plant.
• Conducting internal Audits of contractors’ labour camps and implementation as per statutory regulations as governed in the country.
Manpower Management
• Effectively interfacing with people at all levels, managing healthy work environment and inculcating bonded teamwork with high work ethics.
• Mentoring, motivating general workmen and team members to achieve set project goals
• Recruiting and training the subordinates for excellent performance for the company.
• Fixing critical outcome for team members, carrying out mid year and annual reviews. Identifying talent among the team members, extend support to develop a talent pool and carry out succession planning.
• Identify employees field of forte and organize training program to them for to enhance their knowledge which will in turn beneficial to the company. It’s called Six Sigma system.
•Draw up business plan and set business performance goals in line with the MOU.
• Set measures and targets for these goals. Cascade organization measures/targets to establish Division score cards. Review Targets on an ongoing basis.
• Provide Engineering services which consistently meets or exceeds customer’s expectations.
• Develop and maintain a total quality program encompassing all the above.
• Presentation on progress of work to Stake holders and management Level of customers on specific dates
• Regular interaction with Top personnel of customer and brief on the development of the project and for necessary co-ordination.

I was coordinator for Planning and scheduling the works in Nagaland Pulp and Paper Projects.I was also in charge of QA/QC department and controlled the quality aspects on daily basis. Reporting to Resident Manager of the company.
