Duties and Responsibilities
- Discuss with Managerial, Administrative, Technical staff to determine information needs, data flows and system definitions.
- Establish and control systems access and security including Mail Server.
- Check systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures.
- Coordinate system updates and replacement of old versions.
- Administrating & Maintaining Workstations.
- Maintenance of Network System, Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 Server, Mail Server.
- Implement regular housekeeping procedures, including data backup and antivirus.
- Provide day-to-day advice to users on data structures and terminology.

- Windows server 2003 Network for 100 Users with the fibre Optics connectivity between the buildings.
- Performed hands-on administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Local Area network (LAN), resulting in optimum performance and minimum downtime.
- Windows server 2003 network for 25 users with wireless connectivity between factories.
- Desktop Support and Configuration of users PCs & Laptops.
- Data Backup System for servers and user data internally and through web.
- Configured Remote Desktop to Access PC from Outside.
- Site to Site Connectivity between sister concerns.
- RAID Configuration for the Key PCs.
- Handling Document Management system like Paperlite, Papermaster pro.
- Setting up Access control and user rights to access the files in the server. Configure their e-mail accounts. Do networking and printer settings. Install needed software to their computer.
- Trouble shooting, installation & maintenance of accounting (Fact & Tally) and payroll packages and Hardware support at multiple locations in U.A.E.
- Maintenance of Remote access connection through VPN for file and data sharing.
