Overall Responsibilities Includes,
• Responsible for End-to-End Global Service Delivery Management for IBM with Pramerica
• Single Point of Contact at Pramerica Site for all the escalations. Act as central focal point for Pramerica to coordinate all the delivery (onshore/offshore).
• Responsible for enterprise level, leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams
• Responsible a team level, playing a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team
• Responsible for good judgment and skill to develop a project management approach that is suitable for planning and managing the effort to achieve the project goals within designated project constraints
• Responsible for Analysing current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements
• Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams
• Coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict Work closely with IBM offshore Pramerica Lead to manage and communicate objectives of the program.
• Responsible for working closely with Pramerica Key Stakeholders and provide updates on regular basis obtain knowledge of the Prudential’s strategy, client satisfaction objectives and develop reporting metrics for client satisfaction.

• Manage and implement Process, Templates, Tools, Governance.
• Manage to implement Agile, DevOps across business / services line
• Responsible for building agile team, and implement Agile across multiple complex projects
• Assist the LOB’s team to raise, manage and resolve risks and issues, acting as their escalation route and ensure any issues/risks are passed up to Account Executive / Account Partner for further action as appropriate
• Track and control the service delivery performance with respective each LoB’s
• Responsible for delivery process compliance at service level to ensure consistency across all the LoB’s
• Work closely with Ireland IT Team (Business, Development, Release Management, Configuration Management, Tools Support) for any projects coming into Delivery
Metrics / KPI / Reporting
• Responsible for overall KPI’s / SLA’s agreed with Pramerica
• Responsible for identifying any delivery gaps and provide support and insights to improve them
• Co-develop metrics, reporting and continuous improvement models for the program
• Develop, chair and help create Client Governance Meetings, Leadership Meetings and Executive Meetings to take actions and provide resolutions
• Ensure the appropriate reports (status, staffing, training etc...) are produced accurately and on time
• Ensure all LOB’s are applying best practices, test practices, methods and processes consistently and in accordance with the industry standards
• Responsible to provide support for LOB’s in Better Project Test Management, Process Management, Test Transformation
Resourcing / Knowledge Management
• Work closely with Pramerica Team, Leads and PMO’s for Resource Demand and Fulfilment
• Assist the LOB’s Managers, Leads in ensuring adequate measures are in place around future capacity, resourcing and skills needs
• Responsible for planning and executing resource fulfilment and managing Service Level Escalations across all the LoB’s
• Accountable for Resource Knowledge Management - skill building, cross training, Idea Jams
