• Supporting the business by providing comprehensive data, trend analysis and identifying KPI’s, generating insights to various teams like Cards Product, Retail Banking, and Digital etc.• Currently acting as SME for UAE & Bahrain markets from a data analysis and insight stand point, automating the regular MIS reports which saved us 2 FTE (automations stands at `90% as of EOY2019).
• Used COGNOS tool effectively, I have built 50+ reports. This helped the business and operations team’s alike extracting insights in a significantly lesser time than earlier and extract data for operations purposes without dependency.

• Provide the Cards & Loans Settlement MIS on Monthly basis.
• Prepare Write-off customers entire portfolio to recovery and Legal team.
• Identifying ineffective areas within own BAU process and initiating changes for them—proposing improvement solutions.
• Assist with creation and distribution of monthly process decks for senior management.
• Tracking of daily Account openings and routing to the respective department to inform the customers through SMS/E-mails.
