Assistant Manager
Receive and inspect all mechanical, electrical and safety material as per the required specifications and quantity as per purchase order
Inventory control by master inventory list and inform the site. engineers and project manager about stock status.
Check safety elements in our store.
Daily receipt and delivery of tools as per company procedure
Prepare Weekly reports and send stores manager
Prepare all documentation (store received voucher)(site requisition voucher) and save it in folders and update to master list
Receive and receipt all monies taken over the counter and through the post.
Take machine totals at the end of each day or at the end of duty, balance the cash, cheques and debit/credit card payments and prepare all items for banking.
To ensure the safety and security of all cash and cheques by putting them into sealed containers.
Recording cash inflows and outflows.
Monitors periodic cash flows to detect business performance trends such as sales volume.
Recording incoming and outgoing fund and taking care of these funds in a secured place until they are deposited.
Training new staff

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls.
Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
