 Advised one of the leading pharmaceutical companies on the business separation for the Innovative Medicines Business and Established Medicines Business in Egypt;
 Advised a logistics company on the restructuring of its business in Egypt. We were specifically in charge of the vendor due diligence and preparing the restructuring plan;
 Advised a well know capital fund on the acquisition of one of Egypt's fast food chains;
 Advised leading technologies group in consumer appliances, HVAC systems, robotics and industrial automation systems, and smart supply on tax issues in connection with what constitutes a permanent entity in Egypt and provided a comprehensive legal advice on the mechanism of the distribution scheme in Egypt;
 Provided legal advice to foreign investors on the legal framework of foreign investment in Egypt with regards to the Egyptian laws; and
 Assisted in acquisition deals, starting from drafting the legal due diligence report concerning the targeted companies, prepared the necessary documents, and undertook the required procedures up to closure of the transaction. Also, conducted due diligence reports with Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling.

- Led a team of 7 junior associates and 2 paralegals who deal on a daily basis with all procedural matters at the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority, and advises clients on numerous aspects of corporate matters in various industries.
- Led most of the firm's high-profile deals and consistently provided corporate advice to some of the Levari’s major clients including Proger Egypt, Eventtus, EDEN Healthcare, Buffalo Burger, Travelstart, Misr ElKhier, IST, Fetchr and NOLA.
- Advised on the registration of industrial designs and trademarks which enjoy protection in Egypt by the Ministry of Trade and industry.
- Advised on legal, regulatory and reputational topics across the full range of transactions, including corporate governance of domestic and international legal entities.
- I was seconded to Total Egypt LLC for two days a week. My main duties were to conduct investigation with the company’s employees, review and draft commercial agreements, provide legal support to the internal departments and attend meetings with suppliers and gas stations dealers.
- I was seconded to Al Ghad TV (a subsidiary of Al Ghad UK Limited) for three months. Leading the legal support function and assist the HR Department in drafting and reviewing HR policies, standard bilingual employment contracts for presenters and journalists, providing a wide range of legal support and legal advisory services in relation to the termination of employment contracts.
- I was seconded to one of the Ministry of Investment’s companies (Egypt Ventures). My main duties were leading the legal support function, drafting and reviewing board meetings, general assembly meetings and internal regulations, to ensure compliance of all departments with regulations and corporate governance rules, and to provide legal advisory services and legal support to internal departments.

Pitmans LLP is one of the wide expanding law firms in Reading, England. I Joined Pitmans as a Legal Intern, whereby my main tasks and duties were within the Corporate & Restructuring, Dispute Resolutions and Intellectual Property Practice Groups, as follows:

 Drafted a response to a request for preliminary information and compiled a due diligence bundle for the asset purchase agreement of IP rights.
 Acted for an international company, involving the drafting of confidentiality agreements, employment contracts and licence agreements.
 Acted for a UK company operating in the field of media production to, inter alia, draft website terms of use, cookies policy, disclaimer policy and an end-user license agreement.
 Drafted and reviewed corporate documents including, Board of Directors' resolutions and Shareholders Meetings.
 Reviewed contracts and agreements drafted by the firm and any other organisations, interfacing, prepared other legal documents, handled administrative tasks, and drafted senior employment contracts, director service agreements and software development agreements.
 Drafted a new lease incorporating terms, attended client meetings, liaised with the clients’ surveyors and drafted a side letter as regards insurance provisions.
 Handled various types of commercial and civil lawsuits.
 Assisted in preparing legal documents, reviewed company policies on matters regarding intellectual property.
 Prepared trademark applications, license agreements, service agreements and IP transfer agreements.

English and Arabic, litigation, handling labor cases, conducting
commercial and civil lawsuits.
• Responsible for attending meetings and court appearances as well as prepare summaries of the same.
• Handle the tasks of reviewing all bills regarding publications, fees, outside counsel and other related costs.

I joined El Fouad Law Office as a trainee, and then as a junior attorney. Throughout this period, I practiced IP, Commercial and Civil Law, Contract Law, Collection of Debts, Tax Law, Employment Law, and Civil and Criminal Litigation as follows:
 Drafting and conducting legal research for the court memos;
 Attending criminal, and civil court hearings
 Advice on the registration of an industrial design that is protected in Egypt by the Ministry of Trade and industry, and IP that is practiced under the International Bureau of WIPO.
