Plan in advance for achievement of the pre-decided sales target in specified deadline in line with the direction of the Retail Section head.
Implement the plans so as to achieve desired results results in specific deadline and achieve set target.
 Product Promotion:
Ensure that all the products are displayed prominently in the outlets with their specification and promotion materials .
 Customer Handling:
Maximize showroom sales by emphasizing on the attributes features and advantages of the products.
Address all the customer queries so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
Co-ordinate with the service team for quick response to customer queries.
 Product Knowledge:
Attend all training session to gain product knowledge latest developments, and technical specification, new features, new products so as to communicate the same of convincing customers.
 Reports:
Prepared accurate periodic reports about the daily sales as well as movement of products and submit the same to the showroom leader.
Accounts
Document all the transaction and submit recorder to finance department from time to time. Ensure that cash transactions are routed through system so as follow all the procedures as per rules and regulation.

Carry out all operations as procedures and instructions received from retail section head and their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Complaint Records:
Ensure that all customer complaints are accurately and timely recorded in a Case Form so that issues can be responded to speedily to deliver a positive message to customers.
Repairs:
Follow-up repairs and keep track of products from their collection
by Service Center to the time it is returned to customers. Identify
warranty/out-of- warranty repairs and document so as to facilitate
the claim process.
Coordination:
Provide a channel for communication across various Central
Advanced Digitech departments so that customer complaints are
resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
Marketing & Promotions:
Carry-out customer satisfaction surveys by calling directly
customers and provide feedback to Marketing Department.
Perform inbound/outbound sales calls according to the various campaigns run, and follow-up on potential leads..
