 Review and verify the complete RF nominal plan and recommend the required modification for 150 LTE sites (2 carriers, 1134 cells), related to the first phase of Tishknet LTE ISP in Erbil city north of Iraq.
 BOQ evaluation and part of vendor negotiation team to customize the requirements, feature evaluation and SOC reviewing.
 Member of the RFP creating team.
 Prepare a complete RF plan for the second phase in Erbil city which is 37 LTE sites (2 carriers, 222 cells), and execute it with the available company resources and save the vendor cost.
 Prepare and plan the third phase of expansion and service enhancement, which is consist of 85 sites (2 carriers, 510 cells).
 Review, check and modify the RF parameters for (SAR, TSSR, SSV), for 189 LTE site (2 carriers, 1134 cells), and approving the final version of report after getting the best possible results from the vendor.
 Capacity estimation for all Erbil city network and recommend the best solution to avoid congestions based on market need input and network status monitoring.
 Prepare a complete plan with checklists for cell audit activity to check both, physical and soft parameters such as (height, Azimuth, Tilt, output power, TAC, PCI, etc…), for 1134 LTE on-air cells.
 Responsible of preparing and update city prediction maps for 1134 cells, and share the coverage map with commercial team using Atoll.
 Design a complete neighbour relations plan, using atoll, for 1134 cells, and keep it updated after every single optimization activity to keep the handover level above the optimum threshold, around (99%).
 Responsible of defining the search rings for each new site and following up with the site acquisition team to ensure getting the best possible candidate.
 Radio engineering parameters, (plan, review and audit), for 1134 LTE existing cell & 510 new LTE cell.
 Responsible of creating complete load balance plan for 1134 on-air site and keep it updated based on user behaviour, by both ways (soft & physical) to ensure the best end user experience.
 KPIs management for 1134 cells inside Erbil city, making sure that cell level KPIs remain above the threshold value such as (99% handover success rate, 99% CSSR, lowest value of call drops, etc…).
 Logfiles post processing for 1134 serving cells, and plan all the required changes to optimize the radio service and make sure that the (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, etc…) become on best levels, also minimize the overlapping zones as much as possible based on PCI map.


 Responsible for quality assurance report to evaluate the service level at the end user side, highlight the weak spots in the network, suggest optimization solutions, and execute them.
 Represent the city RF department in vendor meetings, subcontractors, etc…, to discuss the plan progress and compare the outcome with the nominal, and suggest solutions for the pending issues and following them up until issue closing.
 Hold meetings with high management to explain the city department requirements, such as new sites, new required features, required tools, etc…, and share the plans for expansions and service improvements.
 Receiving business cases from geomarkting team for the new areas and prepare the required plan accordingly.
 Responsible of creating and updating the important spots enhancements plans for the areas such as (shopping malls, universities, Bazars, high towers, Parks, etc…).
 Responsible of creating and updating the customer complaints tickets database, and analyse it on regular bases so as to get the main issues at the end user side and diagnose the weakness, suggest solutions and execute them to prevent them from appearing in the future.
 Responsible of creating (daily, weekly and monthly) reports for network health and performance monitoring to ensure the best QOS level.
 Network license management for 1134 cell, and daily tracking to make sure staying away from congestion levels.
