• Complete PMO templates and project documentation with the help of RTA teams

My main roles and responsibilities:
To lead QC team (Consist of 8 peoples), Follow up and supervise a team of staff, working within constraints of scope, quality, time and cost and within established project policies and guidelines, coordinate work with other departments or teams, as applicable, including product assurance activities.
Write and review a test strategy for the project, and test policy for the organization.
To define and communicate criteria for user acceptance of the delivered system.
Contribute the testing perspective to other project activities
Plan the tests - considering the context and understanding the test objectives and risks
Including selecting test approaches, estimating the time, effort and cost of testing, acquiring resources, defining test levels, cycles, and planning incident management.
Performing several types of testing including Functional and Non-Functional test (smoke test, unit test, Regression test, Acceptance Test, Script test & Performance, Stress and Load Stress) and develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative/positive testing, or usability, etc…
Document software defects and report defects to software developers.
Customizing and managing the bug tracking system (JIRA) to be consisting with our work.
Initiate the specification, preparation, implementation and execution of tests, monitor the test results and write test summary reports based on the information gathered during testing, Adapt planning based on test results and progress and take any action necessary to compensate for problems.
Introduce suitable metrics for measuring test progress and evaluating the quality of the testing and the product.
Decide what should be automated, to what degree, and how.
Select tools to support testing and organize any training in tool use for testers.
Review Product Requirement Documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks, Quality control.
Release Management

Investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
Mastering the backup and recovery strategies and techniques.
