Lead the branch and develop branch level business by proper planning & co-ordination with payroll employees.
Organize, conduct & evaluate grand meeting cum training Bi-weekly to Marketing Associates and deliver information about Latest changes in product details, schemes, competitions and creating the awareness of our entire product range through Marketing associates to the customer .
Accountable for providing direction, motivation and training to the team of 29 employees in daily Branch operations & more than 5000 field Associates, ensuring optimum performance.
Attending to clients (individuals/corporate clients) concerns & complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
Handling the cash receipt, payment, claims, Refund, Loan etc and Ensuring the commission payment to the Field force.
Managing the Stationery at the branch (Receiving, issuing and cash maintenance)
Demonstrated excellence in conducting 7 Audits with 0% discrepancy level
Assuring the profitability of the branch by improving the sales volume and decreasing the overhead expenses.
Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
