- I work closely with cross functional teams for the deployment, installation, troubleshooting and ongoing support of enterprise server solutions (Sun Oracle, Oracle Solaris, Sun StoragTek 6000, Sun StorEdge 3000...) to both internal stakeholders and client Ex: Ericsson (telecom platforms : CBIO, OSS..).
- Advise on the installation, configuration and upgrade of servers in line with policy and system requirements.
- Deploy a maintenance plans and activities for Sun Oracle (server / storage): Applying fixes, security patches and upgrades, capacity increases and ensure that the system hardware and software are compatible and capable of the required performance metrics.
- Test, install, configure and upgrade new and existing application software.
- Server Administrator of web hosting and messaging platforms.
- Evaluate and analyze systems, performance issues, and metrics in order to provide recommendations for service improvements.
