(constructions, sewage, bridges & water treatment) projects.
* Full Administrative responsibility and continuous following to get visas
for expats.
* Coordination with the local government to arrange meetings with the
governor to exchange our thoughts for future projects in Basrah.
* Responsible for hiring Iraqi nationals in all positions.
* All administrative responsibilities related to visa renewal and issuing.
* Reception and clearing all expats from the airport and provide
transportations to their accommodation inside project work site.
* All administrative responsibilities of following and continuing blood test
process for expats.
* All administrative responsibilities related to getting security agreements
from the government.
* Coordination between the company management and the local
contractors.
* Drivers follow up, timesheets, salaries, daily reports.
* Preparing daily accountability report.
* Visa Coordinator (applying for visas), visa renewals, clearing visas from
Basrah immigration office and Basrah airport.
* Sponsor all the company employees from Basrah airport customs
department.
* Coordination for expats blood tests process.
* Coordination to get security approvals for oil fields entry.
* Full responsibility of local engineers regarding transportations.
* New engineers induction process.
* Coordination for interviews of hundreds of engineers in Basrah of many
specialties for many important projects of
* Salary process
* Bills submission
* Being able to update spreadsheets and collect the required data.
* Assist employees in managing salaries.
* Maintaining accurate employees’ files and other personnel records to
assure compliance with administrative procedures.
* Handling all incoming and outgoing mails appropriately.
* Performing general clerical work such as photocopying, scanning, and e-
mailing.
