- Investigate Transmission alarms which are received from NMC or displayed in SOEM (Service On Element Management).
- Remote monitor and troubleshoot for all MDRS 155EC (Trunk SDH), Mini-Link nodes.
- TRM network performance Analyst.
- Responsible in managing up to 15 field maintenance teams all over Sudan.
- Forward alarms to Field Maintenance Engineer if necessary then follow up and Support them until clearing the alarm within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Supervise performs of preventive maintenance PM for transmission network.
- Official interface with Customer.
