•Litigation for claims/suits regarding the pipeline abuse also reimbursement or compensation law suits/claims took a large space of importance at the company as the right of way of the pipeline design forced the government in Jordan and the company to enforce its power to own the land for the public interest of the hull country therefore the owner should be paid for his land and if they didn’t like such amount so they held a law suit/claims requesting to change such amount based upon special reasons.

•Litigation, for most of the company law suites/claims weather the company was considered as a plaintiff or defendant. For instance employees law suits regarding there claim toward the company for financial raises, leaves and last but not least dismissal or segregation reasons.
• Commercial law suits for instance claims related to the performance of a contact or a delay in performing it or any other legal issues attached or connected to it.
•Arbitration, As most of the contracts that are handled by us are above millions up till hundreds of millions, therefore the contract parties usually agree to insert an article for arbitration that takes over and became binding on the parties to held an arbitral tribunal in case any legal disputes arose while the contract is still in effect.
Therefore it will save them a lot of time, energy and will not delay the processing of the contract expect for a previously agreed upon time.
•Arbitration on land accession and right of way or ownership of territories taken from the public for the public interest to build a water or wastewater station and which is the most essential projects in any infrasraction
