• Perform revenue assurance on all platforms (SAP BI, D5)
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards
• Validate internal reports and approvals
• Monthly revenue validation for the revenue reports that generated by the billing platforms
• Communicate with the business, marketing, legal team in order to launch new services, products or if there are new requirements that need to be change for the existing products.
• Provide the accounting with the content/service provider payable report
• Reconcile the revenue report from our system (SAP Business Intelligence )with the operator report
• Maintain the reference data within the billing system to ensure complete and accurate billing
• Reconcile the IVR/RBT revenue report
• Validate and testing of new products
• Validate the international revenue (Kuwait, Bahrain, Sudan)
• Ensure organizational alignment with customer commitments

Responsibilities :- Ensuring maximum revenue optimization by maintaining audits, controls, operations and research capabilities that enhance the quality, integrity, efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of revenue and customer impacting data, billing data, invoices and business systems.
• Fraud Management System administration and fraud alerts investigation, with full communication with all departments to solve all fraud issues.
• Revenue assurance system administration and CDR Audit result investigation.
• Monthly Revenue validation for VAS services and invoice validation for the content providers based on the agreed revenue share.
• Monthly interconnection validation for traffic and rates.
• VOIP traffic and invoice validation with VOIP carriers.
• SIMBOX detection and traffic analysis to reduce the SIMBOX.
• BULK SMS validation.
• Communicate with the business and the marketing team in order to launch new services, products or if there are new requirements that need to be change for the existing products.
• On demand fraud cases and revenue leakage investigation.
