Through participate in development and modernization the programs that used in banking operations and examine it to make sure that they are compatible with the regulatory authorities and the powers and responsibilities to ensure the effectiveness of the performance and service development objectives of the Bank and the needs of the departments and branches.
Through participate in the evaluation of requests for departments and branches of the Bank and relating to organizational matters ( organizational structures, job descriptions, signatures, powers, etc.) and monitor the implementation of approved projects and verification of conformity with business strategies approved and the reorganization plan and the workload.
