- Apr. 2012 - Sep. 2015, a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), starting from initiation to closing phases for designing, constructing, implementing and executing full ramp-up of new strategic initiative for localizing a manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia for industrial size Gas Turbines (USD +100 Mio.).

•Preparation and continuous update of 10 years business planning and financial modeling tools for implementation scenarios simulation, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
•Preparation of periodic analysis, ad-hoc reports and presentations of the project, the factory ramp-up and operations for various internal and external stakeholders (Including shareholders).
•Present periodic results, actual, budget and forecast variances to a group of cost controlling functions.
•Account closing (review of WBS, COPA, PCC, P&L, FCF and Balance Sheet, approving entries and settling intercompany payments).
•Process all CAPEX and OPEX purchase orders related to the project/factory (excluding construction).
•Responsible for currency hedging.
•Responding to the external and internal audits.
•Ensuring full compliance to the company’s guidelines, regulations, and signature mandate.
•Handling Hospitality Management, meeting with customers (Aramco/SEC) for factory presentations and tours.
•Supporting HR, Legal, EHS, Quality, Communication, IT, Security, Order Management, Logistics, Production, and Procurement teams in relation to the implementation of the factory’s processes and operations.
•Achieved: “Talented Employee” award, for 2 years in a row, in recognition of excellence performance.

•Validated estimates for all ME region service projects by collaborated weekly with the Service Managers (Operations Team) to report projects sales/cost actuals.
•Prepared and reported all periodic reports for the ME region; (Inventory, fixed cost, receivables, sales & cost and management PowerPoint’s).
•Analyzed and tracked the Gulf portfolio receivables focused on past dues, by aligning with the cash collectors, to analyze the issues, then following up and preparing a management summary.
•Executed accounting closing for the Gulf portfolio (balance sheet review, accounts reconciliations, posting entries and intercompany settlements).
•Achieved: “Outstanding Performance of the Year” award.

•Analyzed and tracked the accounts receivable, focusing on past dues, by aligning with the cash collectors, to analyze the issues, then following up and preparing a management summary.
•Audited and validated the accounts payable (employees’ expenses).
•Responsible of tracking, controlling and reporting the employees’ mobile and telephone usage.

•Assisted the Director of Marketing in planning the advertising campaigns and preparing a seminar for introducing, promoting and launching Kaspersky Lab (Anti-Virus products and solutions) in KSA.
•Learned the functions/processes of the Product Management Team, Marketing and Sales department through a rotational training.

•Promoted Visas/Master Cards through an advertisement campaign at National Commercial Bank (NCB) by working within different branches, approached customers, explained basic information, collected customers’ information using a questioner to provide data base for the bank.
