• Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading in all events.
- Teaching either individuals or small groups of pupils within or outside the class.
- Preparing lessons and resources.
- Marking and assessing work.
- Developing and adapting conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
- Using special equipment and facilities, such as audiovisual materials and computers to stimulate interest in learning.
- Using specialist skills, such as sign language and lip reading to students who have hearing impairments.

- Liaising with other professionals, such as social workers, speech and language therapists, physiotherapists and educational psychologists.

- Organizing learning outside the classroom in activities such as community visits, school outings or sporting events.
- Assisting in severely disabled students' personal care/medical needs.
- Administration, including updating and maintaining records on students' progress.
- Attending statutory annual reviews or other related meetings, such as Looked After Child (LAC)
- Reviews, regarding students with special need, which may involve reviewing statements of special educational needs.
- Receiving in-service training.
- Behavior management
- Dealing with all the complaints.
- Coordinating & cooperating with other educational classes and management departments when needed.

- Attend to walk-in customers with minimum waiting time using Q-ing system
- Update Customer Database.
- Handle complaints, customer queries, resolve issues within specified timelines.
- Conduct necessary research and follow with other departments on behalf of the customer before coming up with recommendations, Handle call back queries and complaints with concerned
departments.
- Escalate customer issues and report major problems to Superiors
- Attend weekly staff meetings and raise issues for group discussions and information sharing
- Collect customer feedback from walk-in customers
