Responsible for identifying, implementing, monitoring and evaluating clinical quality, improvement activities and providing related consulting and support services. Facilitates the integration of the principles and values of the continuous quality improvement (CQI) throughout the clinic including implementing and supporting ongoing practice of CQI. The efforts to fulfill the regulatory standards including CBAHI and JCIA. Provides training to the organization staff about quality and its application in healthcare.

Overseeing the day to day operation of three departments (Plant Facilities, Biomedical Engineering, and Communications). Reviewed latest JCAHO standards concerning the Environment of Care (EOC) and coordinated its implementation. Chaired the Environment of Care Committee in the absence of the chairman and supervised the update of the Emergency Preparedness Plan, Disaster Drills, Fire Drills, and the EOC manual.
Responsible for the daily management of maintenance. Supervises the work, prepares necessary documentation for modifications.
Responsible in the review and approval of all maintenance and alteration requests. Assisted the Director in data collection, surveying areas undergoing renovations, and implementing several small projects.
